NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS. No need to order more than you want or need. No order is too small.
This web site has a secure shopping cart. You can place your order online with complete confidence in the safety of your credit card information. You can also place your order by phone or fax.
Credit Card payments prefered with either Visa or MasterCard being accepted. Money Orders, bank certified check and personal checks are accepted as well.
Orders paid by personal check will be held for check clearance if not an established customer.
There is a returned check charge of $35.00.
If you have paid by check and an overpament is made, we will issue a check for the refund amount. If you have underpaid and there is a balance due, it must be paid before your order will be shipped.
Shipping and Handling - Continental United States
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. UPS and Fed EX shipping are also available.
International Orders are shipped USPS only. Actual shipping charges will apply. Please contact us for the rates.
USPS Priority Mail is currently $4.95 for most orders $35.00 and under, and runs $8.95 and up for items over $35.00. Shipping charges by USPS Priority Mail are of course subject to change.
Returns & Credits
If you need to return merchandise for any reason, please contact us for a return authorization.
Patterns, books and videos are not returnable.
All items returned must be in salable condition.
The following terms and conditions apply to returned merchandise:
Shipping and handling charges both directions are not refunded or credited unless the error was ours.
Items must be returned within 30 days and will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If paid by credit card the amount of merchandise less 10% restocking fee will be credited back to the same credit card used for the purchase. If paid by check the amount of merchandise less 10% restocking fee will be refunded with our check. If you prefer we will issue a store credit.
No refunds after 30 days.
